The following is all tempered by the only downside... price. $72 for a single night in late October! Ouch. Thanks to the price they did have plenty of sites available. Utilities worked great and wifi was fast. Located in an urbanized area but tucked back next to a lake. Small back in sites fot us and they do have large pull thru. Convenient and open into late fall... but that price.
