- Campsites: Cain Hollow Campground comprises 158 campsites, accommodating both tents and RVs. Of these, 96 sites can accommodate RVs ranging from 20 to 63 feet in length. Many sites are equipped with electrical hookups, and all are reservable.
- Facilities: Amenities include modern restrooms with showers, a trailer dumping station, and water spigots located throughout the camping loops. The campground also features a playground and picnic areas for family-friendly activities.
- Loops: The campground is divided into four loops: A, B, C, and D. Loop A is an open field with no shade, primarily catering to trailers, while Loops B, C, and D are more wooded, offering a traditional camping atmosphere.
- Hiking: The park boasts an extensive network of trails suitable for all skill levels, including the North Country National Scenic Trail, which traverses the park.
- Fishing and Boating: Quaker Lake, located nearby, provides opportunities for fishing and non-motorized boating. Anglers can expect to catch species such as bass, trout, and panfish.
