West Lake Park Campground

West Lake Park Campground in Davenport Iowa provides partial and full hookup RV and tent camping in a county run park with separate campgrounds. Four lakes for water activities and ample other outdoor activities. Summit Terrace Campground offers full hookup RV sites accessed off of paved roads that are plenty wide for easy navigation. The sites are packed gravel nicely setup and angled to the road for easy backing. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring with the utility hookups located in the back. West Lake Park Campground can easily handle the biggest RVs and as a plus the park is very inexpensive (as of 2017 $23 for full hookups). A tent camping area is located in the back with sites set on mowed grass with picnic tables and fire rings. Tent campers will have a quiet setting up against the forest of trees.  Campers have full access to a recreational lake, miles of trails, a playground and other amenities one would expect in a well-run County Park. West Lake Park Campground is located close to Davenport and close to the interstate with easy access from the interstate and also a short drive from Downtown Davenport and the Quad Cities area. All sites are on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis which can be a real pain for travelers. If you are arriving on a holiday weekend call ahead and check on availability.
