In addition the urban setting provides for easy access to shopping, fuel and gas; if you are new to this area note that your best bet for travelling to and from the park is either on weekends or mid-days as traffic can be dense during other periods. A mix of long term and short term guests the park can be tough to get availability due to the lack of viable alternatives. A heated pool, rec room, laundry and showers provide guests with reasonable comforts. Pricing is extremely high for daily rates, high for weekly rates, and close to reasonable for monthly rates.
