South Beach Campground

South Beach Campground in Olympic National Park offers 50 tent and RV camping sites in an open setting adjacent to the Pacific Ocean and US 101. One of the examples of the unique camping options afforded by Olympic National Park this seasonally opened (May-Sept) campground offers tent and RV campers a unique place to camp. Some of the sites have marvelous bluff views looking down at the beach and ocean. Tucked off the highway the location has no road noise. There are flush toilets but no potable water at this campground. Sites have picnic tables and fire rings. RV size limitations but of all the campgrounds this one can be fudged larger due to layout. Accessed via a dirt/ gravel road that loops through the campground. South of the Kalaloch area.
