Shady Grove Campground

Shady Grove Campground near Cumming Georgia is a Forsyth County Park providing partial and primitive hookup RV and tent camping near the shores of Lake Lanier. The park has both the overnight areas and the day use areas including a beach and swim area, boat ramp with a courtesy dock, children’s playground, and restroom and shower facilities. The large park has paved roads and parking pads on multiple loops. As a county run park "intoxicants" are prohibited in the park. Advanced reservations can be made. A dump station is available for free to paying guests (a fee is charged for non-guests).
