📖 About This Campground
Plaskett Creek Campground along the Big Sur Coast of California is a US Forest Service campground located on the inland side of the highway the campground makes up for this slight disadvantage with a serene setting of mowed grass, good shade and plenty of room between sites. A very popular campground reservations are recommended. Just south of Sand Dollar Beach Day Use area which is the largest sandy beach in the Big Sur area. Trails depart from this location. The campground also has a group camping area available.
Most size RVs will fit with limitations due to narrow roads and trees. Paved roads and parking pads with plenty of grass. Sites have picnic tables and fire rings. Restrooms with water are available. This is one of the places that you just can't fault! A short walk from the popular Sand Dollar Beach Area.
