We stayed here back in July. Not a lot of shade but lots were good size. Very quiet place to stay. Not far from Pictured Rocks. Lots to to explore. Would we stay again? Yes in a heart beat. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Pictured Rocks RV Park & Campground near Munising Michigan is a park we are adding early to help warn potential summer guests. This location IS NOT YET BUILT. Their website, as of Aug 2017, states the park was scheduled to open in May and reports have come in that they actually took reservations and waited until the last minute to email and notify campers!

Made an online reservation for June 20. Received an email confirmation. Arrived to RV park to find sewer, water and electric working; no WiFi yet. Theoretically you could stay here but it's not really open. Still lots of construction equipment on site. No grass nor trees. Didn't go in shower building to see if it's complete. Online "map" shows site on lake whereas lake is several hundred yards away across a swamp. Campground office is complete outside; unfinished construction inside. No one around. Tried phone number; received message to leave voicemail but mailbox is full. Emails are not responded to. Good news is we were able to find another RV park nearby and our credit card was not charged (as of June 26). Do not recommend staying here until they are actually open. Their online reservation system works but don't let that fool you. Visited 6/20/2018.
