📖 About This Campground
Goose Creek Campground is a rustic, first-come, first-served campground located in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, approximately 21 miles from Leavenworth, Washington. Situated along Goose Creek near the Chiwawa River, it offers a serene setting for campers seeking a natural experience.

Directions: From Leavenworth, travel southwest on US-2 for 14.1 miles. Turn right onto WA-207 North and go 4.3 miles. Bear right onto Chiwawa Loop Road and continue for 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Chiwawa River Road and proceed for 3.2 miles. Turn right onto Forest Road 6208 and go 423 feet. Turn right onto Forest Road 6100 and continue for about 1 mile; the campground will be on the right.

๐ฅ Fire Restrictions
As of July 2, 2025, a Stage Two Fire Ban is in effect across all USFS campgrounds in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, including Goose Creek. This ban prohibits campfires and open flame cooking with wood, charcoal, or wood pellets. The exception is that propane gas can be used as long as it has an on/off switch. No smoking is allowed in the open; smoking must be done either in your vehicle or within a building. Fireworks are also prohibited.
