Fort Collins North Wellington KOA

Fort Collins North Wellington KOA in Wellington Colorado provides full and partial hookup RV, tent and cabin camping a short distance off Interstate 25. Set in a rural setting surrounded by farmland this KOA provides a unique setting to stay. The main road out front is a bumpy dirt road but it's less than a quarter mile long so go slow and you'll make it fine. The entrance is easy to access for any size RV as is the campground and campground roads. There is a new section with concrete roads and concrete pull through pads and a standard section with dirt roads and dirt pads. Most of the sites are pull thru with decent spacing between sites. A pool and playground are located towards the back of the area next to the cabins. A propane fill and dump station are located near the office. The KOA location does have long-term tenants but their sites are reasonably cared for and the park still maintains a number of sites for overnight guests. Overall a nice location to spend a few nights when traveling north or south on I-25. The park is located near Fort Collins but it is a bit of a drive.
