Our experience with the staff was unpleasant. Lakeside KOA has blocked customer reviews from their corporate web site. Better Business Bureau had downgraded KOALakeside rating to C for failure to address customer complaints. Campground food cart is located atop former sewage dump station, and Larimer County Health Department has issued Lakeside KOA a Marginal rating for food safety. Campground entrance is difficult to find because it is located in an industrial zone, surrounded by active gravel pits and asphalt plant.
