People here are very friendly and it feels safe. It is a gated community and management lives on site. There is laundry facilities and shower/bathroom. You can go to the beach, watch the kids at the playground or put together a friendly game of football in the big grass area. There is a few places to eat that are really close. You can go to the Cotton Patch for a great burger, the Back Porch and sit under the willow tree eating seafood, or if you want fine dining head to Louie’s Countryside.
