📖 About This Campground

Anchor Bay Campground in Gualala California is a small, six-acre, privately-owned campground located along Mendocino County's scenic Highway One, fronting right on the Pacific Ocean. It lies in a narrow gulch filled with native redwood trees, ferns, and other coastal flora, and opens onto 3/4-mile-long Anchor Bay Beach. So close to the beach, it's almost like you're camping on the beach! Sites include water hookup, electric/ water and full hookup sites. 27 total campsites with 15 RV sites and 12 tent camping sites. The vast majority of the sites can accommodate only smaller RVs with a few capable of handling up to a 40' max unit. The campground has a detailed site sheet on their website.
