About Wilgus State Park
Wilgus State Park, located in Ascutney, Vermont, along the Connecticut River, offers a tranquil setting for outdoor enthusiasts. Established in 1933 through a land donation by Colonel and Mrs. William Wilgus, the park was developed by the Civilian Conservation Corps and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its well-preserved CCC infrastructure.
