The sites are closer to the waters edge. Paved roads and dirt/ grass parking pads this section has partial and primitive hookup sites. East Campground at Pearrygin Lake State Park is the "nice one". A larger camping area sites are situated along multiple camping loops with pull thrus and backins. Choices of sites are available with options in the shade or in the open. Nicer bathhouses and an overall improved experience await guests at this location. Pearrygin Lake State Park is located near the themed town of Winthrop and accessed by a winding and hilly mountain road out of town (notably the road leaving town is very steep).
