About Bluebill Campground
Bluebill Campground is located in the Horsfall Area, which is known for its excellent off-road vehicle trails. The campground is conveniently located near the Wild Mare Horse Trail, Bluebill Lake, and the Pacific Ocean beaches. With such an ideal location for recreation, it's no wonder families love this site. Bluebill is equipped with drinking water, vault toilets, campfire pits, fire rings, and dumpsters. There are 18 sites available for reservation and a host is available to answer campers' questions. Bluebill Campground lies just northwest of Bluebill Lake and less than 1 mile from the Pacific Coast. The campground is within the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, which is known for its wind-sculpted sand dunes towering up to 500 feet above sea level.
Bluebill Lake is an excellent location for fishing. The campground provides easy access to the Bluebill Trail, which is a 1.2-mile loop around the lake. Off-road vehicle enthusiasts flock to the campground to cruise the surrounding dunes. Other parts of the nearby dunes are designated for hiking and horseback riding only.
