Wisconsin Dells KOA in Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin offers RV and tent camping 1 mile from downtown dells. Known as the water park capital of the World the area forms the perfect back-drop to a great family camping experience. The country setting is quiet and peaceful. A mix of large RV sites and intimate tent camping sites provide a range of choices. Hookups include full or partial hookups. As with all good KOA parks this location has plenty of family friendly amenities. Set on a hillside so there is elevation in between different sites and different camping areas. Compact the sites are relatively close together and mixed in to a forested setting. The majority of the sites are found on dirt pads with mowed grass patio areas. The KOA does offer the premier camping spots with concrete pads and gravel patios. There is a large pool with water features, a playground, restrooms, showers and a store inside the office. Close to the major tourist destinations the KOA is tucked off of the main roads in a rural setting. The park is close to the train museum and other attractions along the Wisconsin River
