One of the owners was very rude to me about money that my family "owed" her for having visitors at their site, but then tried to smooth things over with my dad and make it seem like I had made the whole thing up. Referred to me as "kid" then corrected herself when I looked offended. (I'm an adult in my thirties, I own a home, I'm not a kid...). These are not the type of people you want to do business with.
