Wheeler Dam Campground

Wheeler Dam Campground near Rodgersville Alabama and adjacent to the Wheeler Dam offers 30 camping sites with water and electrical connections. The park has a free dumping station, bathhouse and a fishing pier. A camping fee is charged, with a maximum 30-day stay. A boat launch and pier is available. Lesser known than the neighboring state park this county run park provides camping in a wooded setting. Paved roads and parking pads the nice campground has picnic tables and fire rings at each site. Larger rigs can fit with some care. Note: located on the east side of Alabama 101 just north of Wheeler Dam.
