The Pros: everyone is friendly, lots of amenities, restaurant on site with extensive menu and excellent food, large ball room for events, golf cars, bocce ball, shuffle board, hobby activities, close to shopping. The Cons: very little shade, mostly all palm trees, very narrow sites, all back-ins except for a few pull threes reserve for the one-nighters, free wifi for a few day and $10 for a week 2-3mg download speed. No ambiance, all rv sites are sandwiched between park model homes. My slide is 2 feet from neighbors car door. Patio slab is small, no picnic table or grill. The site spot is for the Park Model folks not so nice for the RVer. I have stayed here before for one night passing thru town and decided to come back for a week. I won't stay here again unless it's just for one night. Sites are 30 feet wide and you park next to your rv. All gravel sites and the cable tv was ok except for the actual locals channels were fuzzy. I have short 22ft travel trailer and could have parked further back and then park my truck in front of trailer that would have gave me more space on the patio side but the patio would be by the truck and not at the trailers's door.
