Nothing great but not bad either. The only down side is that they have really old laundry machines in a small room with no AC. Spots are gravel dirt, and the pull through spots are enormous. Verizon signal is okay, with an amp it is steady. Located off I-340, 5 miles north of town. Quiet at night with convenient access to city.
