Camped here for 8 days in October 2017. One of the best campgrounds I found in the state. Nice pull thru sites for any size RV and very good back in sites. The sites are far apart with plenty of privacy. 50 and 30 amp service and water. Great WIFi. Very clean bathrooms and showers being installed next season. Friendly staff comes by daily.

Torch Lake Campground & RV Park near Conover Wisconsin is a new (as of 2017) publicly owned campground developed and maintained by Vilas County. Offering 20 partial hookup (water and electric) RV and tent sites each site has a picnic table and fire ring.
Torch Lake Campground & RV Park has direct access to the Vilas County ATV trail system, and is a short walk from Torch Lake Beach. Each site is massive in size with the shortest being over 80' long. Set in a wooded setting the nightly rate is $35 PLUS a $10 advanced reservation fee. A dump station is available as is a restroom.
