We booked Top O' The Caves site because the state park was full. It is close the Ash Cave. In fact it was about a 1 mile hike from the campground. Our site was fantastic! We had woods behind us and no one parked on either side. They have a barn that has pool tables, air hockey and a small game room. There are laundry facilities that we did not use. The bathrooms were clean but need improvements. Down our loop it had a strange set up that the toilets and showers were separate and the sinks were outside but covered. Very friendly staff. They have full hook up sites, water and electric, electric, and primitive sites. Our site had water and electric. There are primitive sites for tents in the woods. Sometimes behind camper sites. The dumpsters for garbage were far away and we didn't see any trash cans. As we were leaving we found out that the staff picked up garbage in a golf cart. I would have given a 4 star rating had the bathrooms and bathhouses been better.
