We stumbled across this RV park after looking at the Other parks in the area. We paid $50 per night plus $5 for night in tax. The resort is very nice has a beautiful pool area and the Colorado river is amazing. We stayed for 2 nights on our way to the Grand Canyon and it was perfect. If you have a boat or jet skis this place would be amazing. The small beach area allows you to take a quick dip in the river without worrying about the current. The park is mainly filled with park models that sell for about $100000. The majority of the folks that live here use this as a second or a vacation home and most of them live in Southern California. We would gladly stay here again.Verizon signal is very good while AT&T is kind of weak. We have a large RV and the only downside of this park is that the entryway is very narrow and requires a wide swaying in order to make it in without rubbing your tires. We were assigned to cite 5 which we were told was a pull thru but was not Due to electric boxes it was a backin. The office lady was kinda of rude when I called to ask about it. We figured it out.

Very very nice RV Resort on the Colorado River. Lovely pool area and large sites. Everything was absolutely perfect and the rate was flat out cheap for what you get. We will be back again!
