Sunseekers RV Park

Sunseekers has been taken over by encore. We found out 3 weeks before coming down. We had a hefty rate increase of $1800. Per season with three weeks notice. They are ripping the park apart. Giving it a new better "look". So far after a month and 1/2 our new rate covers new plants, new furniture , new fencing. But our amenities have been put on hold until "when ever" we have no laundry facilities . Not one washer or drier works. They have closed down shower facilities, which they may get at next year. The pool that was fixed is still cold more days than warm.. our Activities directory is all for letting us doing what ever we want. Key words are "letting us do it" We have no emergency phone number . Water mains have broken and it's taken numerous calls to head office to get anyone to fix it, we had a gate that was locked at night and is now open at all times. More than half the street lights don,t work. We feel very unsafe out at night. The staff is to be here 9---4. But when we,ve needed them they've been gone long before 3. Some days no one is here. This was a park that was fun, people like family it wasn't,t the prettiest park but when things broke they got fixed. Now everyone's worried about the money over 20 trailers up for sale. Our regular RV campers have not come back because it's to expensive. Could move to another park but can't give away our trailers. So we are screwed and not liking it
