We returned to camp here on a Friday and Saturday night in our travel trailer by making reservations 166 days prior to arriving at this Lower Colorado River Authority park. There was a $6 fee for on-line reservations This is a 176 acre park on the south shore of Lake Bastrop with 40 campsites. Our FHU site was very level and very private as it was surrounded by heavy brush and no view of neighbors. Even tho it was Spring Break and the campground was packed, it was quiet evenings and early mornings. We were delighted that our campsite BBQ grill and fire pit were completely cleared of any ash or debris. Unfortunately, the shower/toilet situation we encountered in 2018 still exits. Long waits for a toilet at this campground since the toilet, sink and shower are one unit behind a locked door, so one person ties us the entire unit when just using the shower or just using the toilet. Really could have used more frequent cleaning.
