Smuggler's Den Campground

Smugglers Den is our favorite campground for visiting Acadia. There is ample distance between sites in the front side of the campground and a loop that is back in sites that also accomodate larger rigs with fair amount of room between each. Additionally the campground owners were completing an additional 50 sites at the rear of the campground all capable of accomodating big rigs, water electric and sewer. Rain, one of the owners, has been fantastic at helping us organize rallies. We will normally fill 20+ sites, the most may have been 27 sites we reserved. Acadia is beautiful. 7 times we have visited, 7 times we have stayed with Rain at Smugglers. You won't be disappointed!
