The only other private cg in Bend is $70 per night so I guess this place is a deal at $40. Not worth the price but okay for a short stay in Bend. Sites are tight, narrow, and, if full, hard to get in to. Green grass is well maintained and the park overall is clean. Walking distance to Factory Outlets and surrounded by urban amenities. Verizon is good for calls but a bit slow for data. Their weekly and monthly rates offer a better deal. Bend is a cool little community.
