Sara's campground is a great place. One side is on Lake Erie and if you cross the road to the Bayside, you get full hookups amd for the temporary site, cement pads, gravel parking, fire pits and picnic table. Wifi is good and included. The bathhouse on the bay side takes quarters to use the showers. That was the only negative...who has quarters on the when they are headed to the shower!!!

What an amazing little park. Very reasonable rates and great location make this a must return. They have a lot of seasonal sites but also do a good job with short term sites too. You have the option of parking out on the sand next to the beach (best for smaller rigs and only water/ electric) or parking across the road on the concrete full hookup sites (most are suited to larger rigs too). You can leave the park on your bike and ride the 13 mile loop in Presque Isle State Park for a great bike ride or explore the beaches, lighthouses, and woodland trails. We only stayed 2 nights and were very sad to leave; you could easily spend a week, month, or season here and not get bored. Rate was $34 per night. Verizon 4G was spotty due to the hill (you drop down a grade to beach level) but was usable with an amp.
