The pictures shown here are old. Roads are now paved, campsites are green grass. Lots of trees. Widest sites I've ever been in. Spent a week there in June 2018. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of amenities: 3 communal firepits with wood furnished and large modern free standing modern "backyard" style grills; badmitton/volleyball, frisbee golf, horseshoes, children's playground, and nice clubhouse with table tennis, foosball, and video games, kitchen, sitting area with fireplace. Showers and restrooms modern and clean. Only drawback is that of the three levels of sites, the lowest is off the busy highway about 50 yards or more but still very noisy. Would give Rollins a four star rather than five because of the highway noise.
