Prairie Lane Lake Park

This is a great family campground. Clean facilities and beautiful lakes to enjoy. Staff keeps park well groomed. Fishing tourney every year with bbq to follow. Several pot luck dinners at pavilion. Golf carts are allowed. Boating is an option. Peaceful and quiet most of the time. Personal accountability is what makes this such a nice park.

Management is awful ude and this place is NOT A FAMILY CAMPGROUND. They don't like small children and once your children are older they will kick them out and not allow in campground until they become a member. Rules do not apply to everyone. Owner manager is all about money and don't care what the people camping there think or feel. Campground used to be nice until owner manager took over. Lot rent continues to go up or they find another way to take money from you. You have to pay extra for air conditioner, electric golf carts and now electric that was included in lot rent all year you have to pay for during winter months. Mosquitoes are awful - Off will not work here, you will need something high in DEET. No activities for the children. This park is turning into a retirement home instead of a family campground. Lake Wapsun is very close to this campground and they have lots of play areas for children and other activities as well. Go there instead of Prairie Lane.
