Potlatch State Park Campground in Shelton Washington (Potlatch) offers 38 tent camping sites and 35 water electric RV camping sites adjacent to the Hood Canal. Located along US 101 the small park is best utilized from travelers doing the Olympic National Park loop; otherwise it does not have much to draw users in. The campsites are located within a heavily wooded setting but the roads and sites are clear of obtrusive trees meaning even large RVs can navigate the campground roads. Some sites can accommodate up to a 60' setup.
Paved roads with gravel parking ads each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Water is available at hookup sites, at spigots and at the bathrooms. Showers are available. Hiking trails through the trees and access to the Hood Canal.
