Paved roads with concrete parking pads guests have choices between pull thru and backin options. The park has a clubhouse, office, nice pool area and small onsite pond with scenic pier.  brand new (in 2016) the park is nicely appointed and worth the premium rates. Rates are higher in the summer with nightly rates about $65 per night and monthly rates in the $1000+ range. During the winter rates drop to the $50 per night range and $800 per month range. Rates are based upon the site size and location within the park.
