Orange County Fair and Event Center Campground

Orange County Fair and Event Center Campground in Costa Mesa California provides full (limited) partial hookup (water and electric) RV camping on the fairgrounds property. A large parking area the campground is really designed to accommodate guests attending any of the number of scheduled events at the fairgrounds. Electricity is ONLY 20 amp with strict restrictions for not using high draw electric appliances (ie air conditioners). Generator use is allowed in lieu of the 20 amp service. A dump station is available. When making plans to stay at this location plan ahead and check their event calendar; there are many blackout dates throughout the the year. Entry and exit is at Gate 5 off Arlington Drive. Gate 5 is closed from Midnight to 6 a.m. The sites are visible from Arlington Road with a fence between the sites and road. Some sites are backins with shade trees. The main entrance is paved with one lane of paved sites; the remainader of the area is on packed dirt which can be very dusty when dry. Large units can fit in this campground but during events it is advised that the driver be skilled an duse a spotter. Located in the heart of Costa Mesa the fairgrounds campground provides easy access to all the area attractions. An urban setting the fairgrounds are a suitable option with reasonable rates if you have on board electric or can live with 20 amp service. Individual Campers:

• $45.00/night (includes electrical, water & sewage access).
• Acceptable forms of payment are Cash or Credit/Debit Card only.
• Payment is due upon arrival or by 10:00 a.m. for extensions.
• No reservations taken, first-come, first-served only.
• Campers must provide a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance for RV or tow vehicle upon check-in.
