The location is ideal, but the execution is not what I expected. Very small spaces which made it extremely loud. The ground is not maintained to have adequate drainage so the tent sites are completely swamped and useless. Now, to be fair, I AM here in the WETTEST part of the California year, so it's understandable that the ground is muddy. However, I expected that since it was a private campground they could maintain the appropriate drainage to prevent this swamp condition, and I wouldn't have to park my Westy in the noisy "RV city". As it is, I am really only using this spot as a base to run on the glorious, nearby Pt Reyes trail systems, for which this campground is ideal. So, I give this a 3 star rating for its incredible location in spite of the noisy, swampy, cramped conditions.
