A very nice RV Park with well spaced full concrete pads, a beautiful pool, and even nice tent camping area overlooking El Capitan Beach. It is on the other side of the highway from the beach and is not in a reasonable or safe distance to walk to the beach meaning either bikes or driving are the safest access means. That being said this place is great. A bit high on the price side of things but okay for a splurge.

📖 About This Campground
Ocean Mesa Campground north of Goleta California offers full hookup RV sites with paved roads and concrete pads located on the east side of US 101 just opposite of El Capitan State Beach. The park is a high-end luxury park based upon price and location. A stocked store, restrooms with showers, nice pool area, playground, and trails that can get you over to the beach allow guests to enjoy the pretty area of California.
In addition to the RV sites the campground also has a popular and busy primitive tent camping area located along the main entrance road in and out of the campground. The placement means the tent sites are susceptible to noise and traffic coming in and out of the park. Ocean Mesa Campground is generally only busy on major holidays and busy weekends it is excessively priced with rates over $100 per night for RV sites.
