Absolutely amazing stay. We came here to stay for a month while we performed some trade shows down in Fort Worth. As a home base we could not have asked for a better location; except for maybe the elimination of the nearby nuclear power plant that is. We had a huge pull thru site with a nice grassy area and picnic table. Office staff was nice but a bit hard to reach for reservations. We fell in love with this area, the locals and the overall community feel. We joined a number of community activities including the Halloween events in the park, downtown and at another local park. We also joined in the BFestival in early November. We were able to create some fun and peaceful bicycle rides through the surrounding county maintained roads with low to no traffic. Located in the hill country of Texas the area has stunning scenery with rolling oak covered hills. The local hospital is right next door too. All services worked great. The playground is a bit small but we walked across the highway, down the paved path and over the new playground in the community park. If you are looking for the perfect place to spend some time in a RV... this is it. Verizon 4G worked great. We will absolutely return. Paid $400 for one month everything included.
