We stayed one night at this park. It was rainy and windy. The park employee came out and led us to our space in a golf cart. He showed us where to hook up to services. The spaces were wide and long. The only negative was the electric connection on the pedestal was loose.

Mountain Home RV Park in Mountain Home Idaho offers full hookup RV camping with paved roads and concrete parking pads. The nicely landscaped and maintained park is progressively more affordable the longer you stay (with a monthly rate roughly equal to 10 nights at the nightly rate). Convenient for travelers along Interstate 84 the RV park is located on the east of town within walking distance of a local park and the main downtown of this farming community. Sites include backins and pull thrus with some large enough to handle the biggest RVs on the road.

Don’t pass this one by! Most recent stay was 6/14/16 - I'm "late" in posting my review ~ We camp in a Little Rig "Tear Drop” style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table and set up our dining canopy for sun and weather protection and thus rely on condition of campgrounds facilities and being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area. We are return guests ~ several times; it’s one of the nicest rv parks on all of I-84 – but it’s not a campground believe they do not allow tents. Their restroom/shower/laundry facilities deserve a 5 star, very clean, very modern, and laid out in roomy 9x10 individual & private “home bathroom” style rooms each with a sink, toilet, shower stall, bench, shelf for your stuff, hooks for your clothes and towel, + a bonus towel bath mat for your feet as you exit the shower. Cooled by AC in summer months and heated during cooler months. Rest of facilities also a 5 star paved interior roads, paved (level) site pads all pull through w/extension patio, picnic table, young shade trees, large lush grassy green-space between other sites, w/privacy fence between, full hookups w/cable and in-ground irrigation sprinklers, and of course a sparkling clean swimming pool. All this for extremely reasonable price w/Good Sam Discount – believe me you’d pay much more for much less at other parks.
