this is my first experience in writing a negative review but we had the worst experience. this place is NOT kid friendly. the flies are awful and though it is a glorified parking lot... we were stuck under the tree that poured sap all over out RV. our children spoken to terribly for riding bikes and walking our dog! what an awful place for families. i'm so thankful to be gone from there and into places with kind people to make beautiful memories. had to unfortunately share in hopes to keep others from having to have this experience.

Nice park but the overnight rate is a little high. They do have propane fill here and the park looks just like the video. Posted some current pictures for you.

Our second time staying here and we enjoyed the park again. Right across the street from a state park and a short walk from fast food and a museum the place is great for a few nights stay. They have a number of long term tenants but they are all nice and keep their sites maintained. Good park.

Located .25 miles off highway yet silent at night this park is only 1.5 miles from the entrance to Colorado National Monument and a few miles from Kokopelli Trail and 18 Road Trails. A great location for checking out Fruita CO. A bit pricey for what you get. Verizon EVDO a bit slow but steady.
