This was our second stay at Mission View RV Park. It's a 55+ RV park and was quite empty at the time of year we went. Mostly snowbirds come here for the winter. There's a great heated indoor pool and spa, two pool tables, a book exchange bigger than some libraries I've seen, reading room, craft room, kitchen, big community room with a stage and planned activities. Outside there's shuffleboard, a community picnic area with BBQ grills and horseshoes. Many of the streets are lined with park models, each one nicer than the next. Very clean and well kept. Two separate laundries at each end of the park with clean and working washers and dryers. Very nice managers. There was a possibility we would have to fly to NY while we were here and the manager said we could leave our RV on the site and she offered to take us to the airport. Luckily, we didn't have to go. Close to Saguaro National Park and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and boneyard. We stayed here a week (we rarely stay anywhere for more than two or three days) but this is one of those special places.

Some small trees are scattered around but most sites have little to no shade. Located in a quiet suburban/ rural area outside of Tucson.
