Magnolia Farms RV Park

The RV park next door is owned by a different party at 9:00pm i hear my wife scream for me so i run out of my front door to the porch with my hand gun and see my dog being attacked by 2 dogs from the park next door thank god i didn't have to shoot because the owner grabbed the dogs before real harm was done the dogs weren't on a leash, the next day the new manager heard of the situation and called the sheriff officer bower, From what i hear he went to to maintenance man and asked for the lot number of the man with the dogs keep in mind the new stand in manager of magnolia spring's rv park is an ass from my personal experience, he managed to piss the maintenance man off so fowl words were exchanged and he was told to get off the property, so back to the sheriff around 6:45 after i got off work i got a nock on my door it was the manager telling me that he is calling the sheriffs department about him Bing threatened by the maintenance man next door, was saying he was going to beat his a***** and told me that they were threatening him saying i pointed a gun at the man with the loose aggressive dogs and i was going to b kicked out of the park with out a refund on the rent payment if that was true turns out it was fabricated and not true the new manager had either made it up or the maintenance man next door did, Well finally the sheriff came back to my camp site and told me that the man with the loose dog had never mentioned a gun at all it was around 9:30 on 9/5/2020 before this was over stressed out i had worked a 12 hour day with barely any sleep and had to deal with this i have a 5 month old child so sleep is a luxury!!! ok now back to the new part time maintenance man of magnolia springs RV park keep in mind i am still here at the park and ill probably get kicked out for posting this but something has to b said this man is rude and uses fowl language around your family my out side speakers were left on by my wife at a very low setting wile she was on here way to pick me up from work keep in mind its only country music on a public radio only on 10 and it goes up to 30 max so i go to pull in to the park and he is there on his porch and rudely stops my wife telling me that its our last warning the musicks to loud and there's been a dozen complaints and he said i know wats going on thats like a big f****** you turning your radio up that loud so feeling tired and out of options i ask if I can just get my rent money back very respectfully and he replied back rudely no refunds loudly i was so embarrassed so i look over at my wife and asked did you leave the radio turn up too much and she replied no its the same as always so in dis belief i pull up to my camper and the volume is not loud at all at this point ive been through 2 days of un necessary drama and been threatened to b kicked out I'm livid and wanting to leave with all this Bing said i would not stay here ever again and would not recommend small children or elderly people with dogs because the tenants living at the park next door do not leash there dogs and the lot owned behind magnolia springs rv park is owned by trash and there dogs are also just running around. this park used to b a great place when Danyelle and Ryan was running it now its just turned in to a Hell hole.
