Filled with long term guests the park is still nice but full of people living there not staying there.

Kit Fox RV Park in Patterson California offers clean well kept RV site with friendly staff. Nice recreation room/kitchen/lounge with books, videos and DVD's to borrow. The town of Patterson was modeled after the city layouts of Washington, D.C. and Paris, France using circles and radiating streets, all graced by various types of trees. Convenient access off Interstate 5 the park is located near fueling stations. Rates are progressively more affordable the longer you stay.
Paved roads and gravel parking pads surrounded by mowed grass in an open setting the park is easily accessed for any sized RV.

We stayed at Kit Fox as a stop off between San Francisco and Yosemite, in our 26 foot travel trailer. The park is immaculately kept, has large, level sites, and nice views, and considering its proximity to the interstate, we actually found it very peaceful. There is a laundry, rec room, and the restrooms are clean. The people are also very nice. There is free wifi - limited to two devices but it worked. My only criticism is that there are no picnic benches, which I always find strange. Overall, it's a decent, clean, private park.
