JW Wells State Park in Cedar River Michigan includes 678 acres, a three-mile sandy beach shoreline for swimming, large picnic area, partial and primitive (no water, electric, or sewer) hookup RV and tent campground and rustic cabins that are available to rent year round. The park is open year round for winter recreation such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice fishing.
