My wife and I visited my brother living there in February of 2021. We enjoyed the visit so much, we decided to come back in January of 2022. The host and most of the neighbors were great. We enjoyed a get together with lots of food. They even organized a side by side ride for us through the desert. Highly recommend staying here.

Over all is a nice place. Most of the people are friendly but some well. It's a nice place to visit but to stay year round, no. The laundry area is very hot no AC or even a Fan in the room. If you are not a friend of the manager you are best to move on, you will be harrassed.
