If only every KOA could be this nice. By far one of the nicest family friendly RV parks in the country. Is kiwi is located in a rural setting only a few minutes from town. We stayed in a basic but nice full hookup pull through RV site for one week. There is a steady stream of campers in and out of this location as folks go about their vacations. It is very convenient to go visit Yorktown Jamestown and Williamsburg. There is also a very nice outlet mall not that far away. The free Wi-Fi was very good and in the upper sections you do get solid Verizon coverage. Some areas of the park notably areas in the tents and down in the lower reaches have spotty cell service. There is a brand new disc golf course which is very nice. The pool is absolutely perfect and the camp store is lovely. The park does charge higher rates police sound that those higher rates did a good job of keeping guess looking for a nice stay rather than a party place. We would gladly stay again.
