First let me say I moved here in April of 2015 and it's been better than where I lived in Modesto by far but I'm a single disabled 56 year old. At the time I filled out the application for low income PG&E when I moved in I've never received any low income assistance. Just a couple weeks ago I had to redo the paper work for this service after receveing a PG&E bill of $201.00 and saying I was going to have to find somewhere else to live. My bill went from $40./$60. To over $200. How is this possible? I've also witnessed a lot of favoritism in this park and it's always done towards men. Besides some other issues that go on here having to do with favorites.
