Overnight stop. Called ahead for reservation and late arrival. They left our site info taped to the office door. Easy access to a pull thru site. We left before the office opened again. They charged our card - no issues. We would stop again.

Gravel roads and sites, some shaded, some pull-thrus, some back-ins. Small grassy area, table, pavilion, wifi, propane. Close to town, right off I-90. Really close to restaurants, gas, shopping, 40 minutes to Butte.
Solid overnight stop just off the Interstate between Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Huge pull thru site was level enough and had a nice grass area out front. A big grass area out front was good for burning off some energy with the kids. If you need fuel make sure to checkin first as they give you a coupon for 2 cents off a gallon at the adjacent fuel station. Fairly priced place to stay. Only comment is that the adjacent fuel area is also a truck stop; lots of rigs/ drivers sleep there overnight with a hum of diesel engines and generators all night. No problem if you sleep like us with a fan on. Verizon 4G works fine.
We pulled in here just as an overnight initially, as it was in a good location on our way from Yellowstone to Glacier. We ended up staying three nights and would stay again. The site itself is not really somewhere you want to hang out, as it's next to a main road, with the noise associated with that (it isn't too bad at night), and the sites are fairly close together. Other than that, though, there are lots of great features to this campground. The restrooms are some of the nicest we've experienced. Clean, spacious, good water pressure. The wifi works really well and is reliable. The people on in the office are nice and friendly. There is a decent laundry. We also got Good Sam discount. What we initially thought of as just a stop over turned out to be a nice base for exploring a few attractions in this beautiful part of Montana. There is National Historic Park just a couple of miles away, which offers tours of an old ranch house. There is also some great hiking to be enjoyed on the Continental Divide Trail - the trailhead is near Helena. All in all we were very happy with our stay. We stayed in a 26' travel trailer.
