Hollywood KOA in Hollywood Florida provides full hookup RV sites on packed gravel with concrete patios. Recently renovated the park is located in an urban setting close to area beaches and points of interest. The park is tight for large rigs so care is required when navigating in these type of units. Set on a small parcel of land surrounded by homes and businesses the park is well appointed with nice features that create a tropical "vacationy" feel. Situated within the popular destination of South Florida, Hollywood KOA is a popular destination during peak winter travel and during warmer summer months. Interior park roads are paved. Sites have picnic tables. restrooms and showers are available. The park is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Call ahead for directions.

Editor note: We have contacted the owner, Pat, at Hollywood KOA to verify this review. Due to the popularity of the location and the number of reservations they turn away in order to hold a reservation for a 1 month stay the park has a very strict cancellation and deposit policy. As of right now that policy is a mandatory non-refundable, for any reason, $400 deposit per month.

I just wanted to share my experience with this KOA. I called to cancel my reservation which is in 30 days. I am 100% disabled from the service and I have major health issues that prevent me from driving my RV anymore. I called be cause I had put down a $400 deposit and to see if my wife and I could stay in one of their cabins instead. Pat who I spoke to said he didn’t think he could do this. He was supposed to call me back and I have yet to hear from him. This is very sad when you can’t help health issues and they are not willing to accommodate in any other way. I will make sure to tell my family and friends that going camping at a KOA is a joke!!! Thanks for nothing!!!
