Very small and tight spaces. Okay if you are in one of those Camping World rentals but with our large 5th wheel it was a bit of nightmare. There are a number of more spacious campgrounds in the area that would have been much easier to get into and out of. Office staff was friendly and the remainder of the accommodations were nice. Paid about $40 per night.

Holiday RV Park in Pismo Beach California offers 195 full hook up RV sites. An ownership park the location is also open to non-member guests for short term stays. The park was built back before RVs expanded to their present size; as a result the sites can be a bit tight. The park makes up for this with a nicely remodeled pool area, convenient access to Pismo Beach, and a friendly community of owners and guests. Pull thrus are available for larger rigs when space permits (they utilize two adjacent sites).
Paved roads and dirt/ sand pads. Picnic tables are available.
