This is a small, very friendly campground with two even friendlier horses, Manny and Dash. Gravel roads and sites, nice grassy areas. Small playground. Right off I-10. Table at each site, very quiet and clean.

Awesome and Big rig friendly

Late in Sept. my wife and I were on our first extended RV trip. We spent four wonderful nights at this campground. We can not say enough good things about this location or the owner. The owner made sure we had a great site and a super time. We both got a kick out of feeding the rabbits. a very pleasent way to spend some time. This park was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Very pet friendly location. We are already planning our next visit to the Hitchin Post and Corral Campground.
Very nice park. Easy to find and get in and out of. Fishing, games, dog parks. Big rig friendly. Great pace to stop for the night or longer.
